An International Perspective, Grounded in Tokyo
Having lived in five countries and travelled to more than 30 countries, I understand that buying property abroad is never simply a real estate decision. It also means navigating an unfamiliar market, a different culture, and a process where having the right person beside you truly matters.
My international background shapes the way I work. I listen carefully, look beyond the obvious, provide honest market insight, and guide each client with clear communication and thoughtful negotiation. I never push a transaction simply to close a sale. My priority is helping clients make informed decisions that genuinely support their goals.
For me, real estate is not only about finding a property or signing a contract. It is about understanding the person behind the decision, earning their trust, and being a reliable partner throughout one of the most important decisions of their life.

A Journey Across Cultures
I was born and raised in Urumqi, where I completed my studies at Xinjiang University. After graduating, I moved to Hiroshima, learned Japanese, and earned a master’s degree in Biochemistry from Prefectural University of Hiroshima. My career later took me to Türkiye and the United States before eventually bringing me back to Japan.
After returning to Japan, I decided to build a career that combined my international experience, communication skills, and genuine interest in people. For the past five years, I have worked in Tokyo’s real estate industry, helping clients from around the world find homes, purchase properties, and begin new chapters in Japan.
Immersing myself in diverse cultures, learning new languages, and connecting with people from every walk of life shaped my worldview. Moving across borders isn't just about changing locations—it’s an emotional, logistical, and financial transition. Having experienced it myself, I naturally understand the excitement and the anxieties international clients face when arriving in Japan.
Fluent in English, Japanese, Turkish and Uyghur, with conversational Chinese.
