We always wanted to buy somewhere in Japan and IREA KK and especially Rukiye-san made our dream a reality. We landed in Tokyo on 20th Jan and on 24th Feb we got the keys to our apartment.

We contacted Rukiye from a listing on Sumo after we arrived in Japan and told her what we wanted. Our needs were quite specific and we needed a pet-friendly apartment so our options were limited.
But Rukiye worked tirelessly to check listings and find options for us.If we went into a place and it was a bit rubbish she would instantly tell us. There was no ‘agent bs’ trying to make it fit our needs if she knew it didn’t.

It turned out the apartment we found in Asakusa was the one for us. Rukiye did everything in her power to get us that apartment and despite another offer being in place, she fought for us and our offer was accepted.
